We will reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Please note that the reply may be slightly delayed on weekends or holidays.

Cancel Order

  1. To cancel your order, please get in touch with the customer support team within 24 hours of purchase. Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will issue a full refund using your original payment method.
  2. In most cases, your order will be processed and shipped on the same day. Once an order has shipped, there will be no way to cancel it.
  3. If the order cannot be canceled and you really don't need the product anymore, we recommend refusing the package. Once the package is returned, we will provide a refund.

Warranty

Tuitionua products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

If the product is damaged, malfunctioning, or not working correctly due to quality issues, please get in touch with the customer support team. We will provide you with a product replacement or a full refund.

For quality issues, we need the following information from you:

  1. Order number of the defective product and a brief description of the quality problem.
  2. Pictures or videos of defective products.

Return

  1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, we will only accept unopened returns with packaging and labels intact. We are responsible for the health and safety of each customer and need to ensure that each product is brand new. In addition, we will need proof of purchase from you.
  3.  Once the package is opened, the products are considered used and cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  4. If you need to return an item, please show us proof of purchase and a photo of the unopened package via email within 30 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
